That’s where I come in. What I do is help you use the awareness that there is something more to identify how you can create a more fulfilling life.
And at the same time, we work to reduce your stress and anxiety, understand how you can feel more fulfilled, develop a renewed sense of what is possible, make decisions with greater ease, develop an improved sense of self-trust, and my personal favorite, which is the mental breathing room to begin to make change happen.
More specifically, working with me involves:
We will work one-on-one, having regular coaching calls to discuss the areas of your life where you are unhappy and looking to make changes
I offer a free 30 minute consultation so that we can make sure we are a good fit before we begin building our coaching relationship
Build Relationships Over Time
The shortest package I offer is 10 weeks of sessions and support, as it is important for me to get to know you and for you to have sufficient time to make progress
